This floor comprises of a large hearing room seating up to 42 at desk, with additional gallery seats increasing the total capacity to 60 people, and different size breakout rooms or suites. 

The hearing room is equipped with 10 large screens, which allow everyone to view witnesses giving evidence virtually, full AV capabilities and two interpretation booth. The Tribunal, Advocates, Witnesses, and Transcribers all have hardwired individual desk-monitors and mics.

Each party’s suite comprises of 3 interconnecting rooms that seat up to 26 people comfortably and the hearing can be streamed directly into each suite.

The suites have high-speed Wi-Fi connection, secure copying and printing, a cloakroom in addition to plenty of shelving space to store documents and bundles.

Every morning each suite is set up with complimentary continental breakfast, hot drinks, orange juice and a fully stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks.

The daily rate starts from £3,750, depending on room selection.
