Mediations
The IAC host regular dual and multiple parties’ mediations.
Our 2nd Floor has been purposely built to offer a flexible space to create a customised package.
The Rooms
This floor offers a dedicated large mediation room (Kew) and a variety of different breakout rooms, all with natural light.
Each room is set up with complimentary continental breakfast, orange juice, a variety of hot drinks, and a fully stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks.
Our experienced operation and front of house teams are always present to assist with anything you may need.
Standard access is 08.00-18.00. We charge additional time at £150 per half hour, split between the parties, from 18.00-21.00.
Mediation Package
A large mediation room covering 61 sqm, seating between 16 to 36.
Two Breakout Rooms, seating up to 12 people, with two large screen and a printer/copier.
Additional rooms can be hired at cost.
The daily fee is £3,000 per day.
Additional rooms can be purchased at £750 per day.
