Our purpose-built venue offers practically designed hearing rooms and breakout areas.
Our hearing rooms are spacious, integrated with a full suite of digital solutions and best-in -class equipment, and are live streamed to each breakout area.
Our breakout rooms are soundproofed, secure, well-lit, air-conditioned and provide a private, fully furnished, and comfortable workspace with plenty of storage.
The daily hire fee allows access between 08:00 to 18:00 or a 10-hour period if working in a different time zone.
We have attractive client benefits for settlement and postponement, and we will hold reserve days on a pay-if-used basis.

- Hybrid compliant with 5 large communal screens.
- Breakout Suites for each party, seating up to 26.

2nd Floor
- A regular hearing room covering 72 sqm, seating 27.
- Hybrid compliant with 4 large communal screens.
- Breakout Room for each party, seating up to 12.
- A separate room for the Tribunal.
