The Strand suite is on a dedicated floor and the hearing room is set-up in a classic “U” shape and seats up to 70. It can be accessed directly from the breakout suites or main corridor.

The 10 large screens in the hearing room allow everyone to view witnesses giving evidence virtually. The Tribunal, Advocates, Witnesses, and Transcribers all have hardwired individual desk-monitors and mics.

There are two separate, fully equipped interpretation booths.

Each party’s suite comprises of 3 interconnecting rooms that seat up to 28 people comfortably. The hearing can be streamed directly to the three large screens in each suite.

The suites have high-speed Wi-Fi with fibre-optic connection, secure copying and printing, a cloakroom in addition to plenty of shelving space to store documents and bundles.

The hearing room, breakout suites and arbitrators’ room all have natural light.

Every morning each suite is set up with complimentary continental breakfast, hot drinks, orange juice and a fully stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks.

The daily fee is £5,000.
