Business Development
Julian has spent his career in legal services, the bulk of which was at Brick Court Chambers, where he was Senior Clerk for 22 years.
Julian joined the IAC in 2021 with the brief of taking the business forward off the back of the Covid pandemic, he has overseen the addition of a new floor, offering a more bespoke options for Arbitrations and Mediations. Julian has completed an extensive review of the centre technical capability and has implemented the integration of new technology that will take the IAC forward. Julian has also increased the staff numbers, in line with the uptick in business.
When not at his desk, Julian spends his time working on new ways to expand the centre’s services and partnerships with the aim of consolidating the IAC’s position as an outstanding global ADR venue.

Euridisa is one of the original staff members who was at the forefront opening of the IAC.
Euridisa has over 12 years of experience in luxury customer service and sales, and her comprehensive work has contributed to the successful advancement of the IAC. With a specialisation in Digital Marketing, she constantly adds innovation and leads transformation, curating all aspects of the centre’s growth.
Euridisa is a strong advocate for diversity and equity, and an active promoter of women in the workplace. She speaks Italian, Albanian, Spanish, and German
Operations
Aida is the Operations Manager at the IAC, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day functions of the centre.
Aida previously served as Chief of Staff at a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. With a degree in Criminology & Psychology, and a Masters in Psychology, she brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical expertise to her role.
Aida’s commitment to excellence is evident in her strategic leadership, ensuring the seamless operation of the IAC.
Marisa Parisi has joined our team as Operations Coordinator, where she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics of all IAC bookings.
Marisa moved from Australia following the completion of a Bachelor of Business – Sports Management degree and has previously worked as a venue administrator and membership administrator in London.
Marisa prides herself on providing a professional, yet authentic, manner to clients, ensuring they are always well looked after by our team.
Tech Support
Our AV/IT team is at your disposal at all times, before, during and after your hearing each day.
Together they bring over 25 years of experience in the field and know our audio-visual system backwards.
