Euridisa is the Centre Director of the IAC, with over 12 years of experience in luxury client service and venue management. Since the centre’s launch, she has contributed significantly to its growth and reputation as a trusted hub for the global legal community. 

Building on her industry expertise and client service background, she combines operational leadership with a deep understanding of client needs. She also draws on her business development and digital marketing experience to drive innovation, expand partnerships, and support the centre’s long-term growth. 

Committed to diversity, equity, and sustainability, she promotes inclusive leadership and leads initiatives that embed greener practices across the centre’s operations. Her multilingualism strengthens client engagement across cultures and adds an international perspective that ensures the IAC delivers excellent service with professionalism and care.

Simone is the Operations Manager at the IAC, responsible for ensuring the centre’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. With extensive experience in luxury hospitality and venue management, he brings a wealth of operational expertise to the role. 

Throughout his career, Simone has successfully led multiple venue openings and managed complex operational setups, combining precision, organisation, and a hands-on approach to deliver seamless client experiences. His calm and solution-focused manner ensure every detail is handled to the highest standard. 

Simone is dedicated to maintaining the IAC’s commitment to excellence, ensuring the centre operates efficiently and continues to provide a welcoming, professional environment for clients from around the world.

Grace is the Operations & Events Supervisor at the IAC, supporting the smooth delivery of daily operations and coordinating hearings and events across the centre. She plays a key role in ensuring everything runs seamlessly, contributing to a professional and welcoming client experience. 

With a strong background in client service and event coordination, Grace is recognised for her attention to detail, hands-on approach, and proactive attitude. 

 She takes ownership of every aspect of event delivery, ensuring the highest standards are maintained and reflecting the IAC’s commitment to professionalism, care, and collaboration.

Halina is the Bookings Manager at the IAC, with extensive experience in financial services and world-renowned luxury companies. She oversees client engagements and bookings, ensuring that hearings and events are delivered seamlessly. 

 
Throughout her career, she has coordinated complex schedules and high-level event logistics for senior executives, diplomats, and corporate leaders, combining precision and strategic organisation with a strong commitment to client care. Her proactive mindset enables her to anticipate challenges and implement forward-thinking solutions that drive successful outcomes. 

 
Multilingual and collaborative, Halina works closely with clients and colleagues to ensure each engagement runs smoothly, fostering cross-cultural connection and reinforcing the IAC’s standing as a trusted global centre for dispute resolution.

Marisa is the Bookings & Centre Coordinator at the IAC, assisting with client bookings and supporting the centre’s marketing initiatives. She plays a key role in coordinating hybrid hearings and events, ensuring each is delivered smoothly and professionally.  

With a background in Sports Management, Marisa brings a strong foundation in client service, communications, and operations, along with enthusiasm, organisation, and a results-driven approach to her work. Her strong technical skills support the smooth operation of digital platforms and AV technology, helping deliver seamless hybrid hearings.  

Marisa prides herself on providing a professional, yet authentic manner to clients, and ensures that every client receives exceptional service.

AV Technology Manager

Mark is the AV Technology Manager at the IAC, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of event delivery, from planning to seamless execution. With extensive experience in audiovisual production and hybrid event support, he ensures that every hearing and conference runs to the highest standard. 

Before joining the IAC, Mark worked at the Bank of England, where he gained valuable experience managing complex audiovisual operations and high-profile events. His strong technical expertise, calm approach, and commitment to precision make him a trusted presence in every event environment. 

Mark is known for his professionalism and reliability, ensuring every client feels supported and every event runs smoothly, on screen, on stage and behind the scenes.
