Our team offers extensive experience in customer service and legal background, providing in depth knowledge and skills.
Euridisa is the Centre Director of the IAC, bringing over 12 years of expertise in luxury customer service and sales.
As one of the original staff members at the forefront of the centre’s opening, she has played a pivotal role in its successful growth and continued success. Specializing in Digital Marketing, Euridisa drives innovation and transformation, overseeing all aspects of the centre’s development.
A passionate advocate for diversity and equity, Euridisa is also a dedicated promoter of women in the workplace. Fluent in Italian, Albanian, Spanish, and German, she brings a global perspective to her leadership, ensuring that the centre thrives in an inclusive and forward-thinking environment.

Operations
Aida is the Operations Manager at the IAC, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day functions of the centre.
Aida previously served as Chief of Staff at a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. With a degree in Criminology & Psychology, and a Masters in Psychology, she brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical expertise to her role.
Aida’s commitment to excellence is evident in her strategic leadership, ensuring the seamless operation of the IAC.
Grace Pitt is the Operations & Events Supervisor at the IAC, where she oversees the team and manages the daily operations of all bookings.
With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she ensures that all events run smoothly, meeting the high standards of the IAC.
Grace is committed to creating an environment of professionalism and care, ensuring that every client receives top-tier service and feels valued throughout their experience.

Marisa Parisi is our Bookings & Centre Coordinator, responsible for overseeing logistics of all hybrid bookings and ensuring seamless operations.
Originally from Australia, Marisa relocated after earning a Bachelor of Business in Sports Management. She brings valuable experience from her previous roles as a venue administrator and membership administrator in London.
With a commitment to professionalism and authenticity, Marisa ensures that every client receives exceptional service, fostering an environment where they feel valued and well taken care of.
