Hearing Rooms and Breakout Suites Packages
Mediation and Meeting Rooms
We regularly host mediations, board and global meetings.
Our basic mediation package includes 1 mediation room and 2 breakout rooms.
Each room is set up with complimentary continental breakfast, hot drinks, and a fully stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks. If required, any hybrid aspect is set up at no additional cost with support from our excellent on-site tech support team. Our experienced operation and front of house team are always present to assist with anything you may need.
This package is charged at £2,500 per day.
*Additional rooms can be purchased at £750 per day.
We also offer individual meeting rooms hire where each room is set up with complimentary continental breakfast, hot drinks, and a fully stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks and any hybrid aspect is set up at no additional cost with support from our excellent on-site tech team.

For individual meeting rooms we charge a minimum fee of £1500 per day.
Virtual & Hybrid Hearings
Our IAC Online platform is designed with two-layer of security where access to your Zoom links is gained by preauthorised registration, and a password protected dashboard.
This user-friendly platform provides direct access to the main hearing room. The virtual hearing room offers a screen focused on tribunal, advocates, experts and witnesses. Virtual attendees can follow the hearing either as speakers or non-speakers. Interpretation channels are also available if requested, while in your login area you can find embedded links to your chosen transcription or EPE provider.
A dedicated IAC online technician, will assist throughout the virtual hearing getting participants started, labelling attendees and bringing individuals in and out of the hearing room and into the virtual breakout room as required.
We can also record the hearing upon request and with written confirmation from all parties.
A link for this is normally provided with 48hr and expires 30 days after the conclusion of the hearing.
All our hybrid services are included within our in-person packages, at no additional cost.
Full virtual hearings are charged a flat fee of £2000 per day.
This fee includes a group training session per party, and the tribunal and a test prior to the start of the hearing. Should anyone need additional training, we would charge this at £100 per half an hour or £175 for a full hour.
We would ask that all attendees have a screened device with camera, sound and microphone capabilities, a good Wi-Fi or hard-wired connection and the latest version of the Zoom app. In addition, a headset is preferable. If needed, we have access to all the main platform.
