This floor comprises of a large hearing room seating up to 32 at desk, with additional gallery seats increasing the total capacity to 36 people, and different size breakout rooms and suites. 

The hearing room is equipped with 5 large screens, which allow everyone to view witnesses giving evidence virtually, full AV capabilities and an interpretation booth.

Each party’s suite comprises of 3 interconnecting rooms that seat up to 20 people comfortably and the hearing can be streamed directly into each suite.

The suites have a lounge area, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, secure copying and printing, a cloakroom and plenty of shelving space to store documents and bundles.

Every morning each suite is set up with complimentary continental breakfast, hot drinks, orange juice and a fully stocked fridge with refreshments and snacks.

The daily rate starts from £3,350, depending on room selection.
